all armelle jewelry is handmade to order by the designer, therefore, there is a 5-7 business day processing time in order to create your
special piece. please allow 5-7 days for processing, plus the standard shipping time, which is based on the shipping method you
select.
armelle jewelry currently uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the
merchandise within 21 days of shipment date for MERCHANDISE CREDIT
ONLY. All items must be returned in the original packaging, in new condition.

1. Jewelry must be returned in a BOX to avoid damages, no padded or
manila envelopes please.

Armelle jewelry is a line of feminine, modern, and delicate pieces that capture a spirit of fun and uniqueness. The
collection includes handmade one of a kind earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, that use only the best materials, to
ensure the best quality. Armelle Jewelry is handcrafted using Sterling Silver, 14kt gold filled, and genuine
semi-precious stones, unless otherwise stated. Each piece is handcrafted so there will be some natural variation in
each piece due to the nature of the gems.
STERLING SILVER
.925 Sterling Silver chain and wire is used in our pieces.
14k GOLD-FILLED
Gold-filled can exist as 10K, 12K, and 14K (14k is the highest karat for gold-filled). All the gold-filled that we use is
14k. 14k gold-filled is produced by fusing a layer of solid 14k gold to a supporting metal alloy. The bond produced is
a permanent one and will not rub off with wear. The karat gold content must be 1/20th of the total metal weight,
whereas gold-plate by definition contains less. We use mainly 14k gold-filled to create beautiful, yet durable and
affordable jewelry.
GOLD PLATING
Though most of our designs are made with gold-filled materials, some pieces in the Armelle Jewelry collection are
gold-plated. With proper care, this heavy plating will last a long long time. Proper care can prevent the underlying
metals (usually brass or bronze) from tarnishing through.
jewelry care + repairs
Each piece of Armelle Jewelry is handmade with care. It's best to keep your jewelry in an air-tight container (plastic
Ziploc bags work great!), it will help slow the tarnishing/oxidation of sterling silver and gold.
Store your jewelry either laying down flat or hanging straight down to avoid kinks and knots. It is best to put jewelry
on last when you are getting dressed, especially after styling products and perfume, as repeated exposure to the
chemicals in your beauty products will cause your jewelry to lose its sparkle.
Liquid jewelry cleaning solution is not safe for our jewelry and may damage the stones. To clean your jewelry we
recommend using polishing cloths that are specially formulated with microabrasives to polish fine jewelry (can be
purchased at any fine jewelry store). Gold plated jewelry tends to be soft and should only be polished GENTLY with
the non-abrasive outer cloth.
Handmade jewelry can be delicate, but a little extra care will go a long way. Follow these steps and you will enjoy
your jewelry for years to come.
Repairs
We believe in what we do and we want you to be happy.
In the event that your Armelle Jewelry becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free
of charge within 60 days of order. After 60 days, we will gladly repair your jewelry for a small materials and shipping
fee.
